Noah-Lee Andre is a distinguished public health practitioner, community organizer, and entrepreneur hailing from New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with a concentration in Community Health Education, from Stony Brook University, a Master's of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Master's of Science in Business Analytics from Regent University. Over the course of the last decade, Noah-Lee has dedicated his professional life to advancing public health practice and community organizing. During this time, he has successfully spearheaded health intervention programs for leading nonprofit organizations such as The Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ), The Harlem Hospital WIC Clinic, and the New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC). His work within these organizations has led Noahlee to emerge as a champion for equitable access to health resources, addressing food insecurity, promoting health education, prevention and intervention, and comprehensive insurance coverage, with a particular emphasis on serving the unique needs of multicultural communities throughout New York City. In recognition of his contributions to the field, Noah-Lee was awarded the prestigious Wellness Champion Award in 2018 by the Executive Leadership of the Healthy Harlem Obesity Intervention Program, honoring his exemplary leadership of the highest-rated, most effective after-school obesity intervention program of the Health Harlem Program Initiative. As an accomplished scholar, he applies his expertise to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve their professional aspirations. In 2021, Noah-Lee established Under the Ark Enterprises, “Ark International Consulting Group”, a professional consulting services organization. Under his guidance, these enterprises are committed to providing strategic development support to non-profit, for-profit, start-ups, and small businesses alike. Most recently, Noah-Lee led Under The Ark Enterprises in securing a highly-competitive $6 million contract for Mentoring in Medicine, a global health education non-profit, to implement the Health and Science Literacy Exposure Gateway for Advancing Community and Youth (LEGACY) Program in the Roosevelt Union Free School District in Long Island, NY.
