Takiya Green is the Founder and Principal Strategist of Divine Strategic Solutions (DSS), a consulting firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their infrastructure, expand capacity, and build sustainable pathways for growth. With more than 15 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, program development, and strategic operations, Takiya brings a unique blend of clarity, structure, and heart to every engagement.

Her approach centers around partnership, empowering organizations with the tools, strategies, and systems they need to thrive long after the consulting engagement ends. Under her leadership, DSS has helped clients secure millions in funding, streamline internal processes, build stronger teams, and align strategy with mission and community impact.

Driven by a deep commitment to equity and sustainable change, Takiya works with nonprofits, municipalities, coalitions, and community-based organizations across the country.
